XIII. Closed Session

Pursuant to Government Code Sections 54956.8, 54956.9, and 54957, the Conservancy may hold a closed session to discuss and take possible action regarding instructions real estate negotiations, on personnel matters and/or to receive advice of counsel on pending or potential litigation. Confidential memoranda related to these issues may be considered during such closed session discussions.
