NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The CLOSED SESSION meeting of the Baldwin Hills Conservancy (BHC) for the purposes of selecting an Executive Officer will be held via conference call

Friday, May 11, 2001 from 4:00 PM- 5:00 PM

CALL TO ORDER

Roll Call

I.                Closed Session:

 

Pursuant to Government Code sections 54956.8, 54956.9 and 54957, the Conservancy may hold a closed session to discuss and take possible action on personnel matters and or receive advice of counsel on pending or potential litigation. Confidential memoranda related to these issues may be considered during such closed session discussions.  The Conservancy will conduct a closed session pursuant to government Code section 54957 to consider the appointment of an Executive Officer.  This closed session is a continuation of the closed session, which the Board began on May 4, 2001 to consider the appointment of an Executive Officer.

 

If the Board takes any action during this closed session, that action will be announced on the website of the Baldwin Hills Conservancy within 24 hours. 

 

At the Board’s next regularly scheduled meeting on June 1, 2001, the Board will return to closed session to ratify any action which may be taken during the conference call closed session.  The Board will then return to open session to announce its action.
