Park To Playa Segment C

The Park to Playa Regional Trail will be 13-miles connecting the Baldwin Hills Parklands to the Pacific Ocean and is being constructed in phases. ‘Segment C’ of the trail is completing the design phase and will be constructed last. Segment C will connect Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area with the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook.

The Baldwin Hills Regional Conservation Authority (BHRCA) has completed an Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for Segment C of the Park to Playa Trail and intends to adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration.

Public Comment Period: November 23, 2015 to January 22, 2016.

A hard copy of the IS/MND, as well as all technical appendices, is available for public viewing at the following locations:
