A blend of body alignment and yoga poses that build core strength, flexibility, and balance. The Stretch and Blend class incorporates Pilates to elongate and strengthen muscles to facilitate joint mobility and fluidity while introducing deep stretching and restorative poses.
All fitness levels welcome. Modifications will be provided.
